What types of heat exchangers does Reta Engineering manufacture?

Shell and tube heat exchangers (fixed tubesheet, floating head, U-tube), falling film evaporators, forced circulation exchangers, double-pipe exchangers, air-cooled exchangers and industrial condensers — in CS, SS304, SS316, SS316L, Cu-Ni and titanium.

What standards are your heat exchangers designed to?

TEMA (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association) Class R, C and B. Shell and tube-side construction to ASME Section VIII Division 1. Indian Standard IS 4503 where required. We provide full TEMA data sheets and mechanical drawings with every exchanger.

Do you provide thermal design calculations?

Yes. Every exchanger is thermally designed using your fluid properties, flow rates, inlet/outlet temperatures, fouling factors and pressure drop limits. We perform calculations using software and provide a detailed process data sheet and mechanical design summary.

What is the delivery timeline for heat exchangers?

Shell & tube heat exchangers: 6–10 weeks from design approval. Falling film evaporators: 10–14 weeks. Timelines depend on size, material and inspection requirements. Expedited options available.
