SS304 is standard stainless steel — ideal for food, beverages, water and mild chemicals. SS316 contains added molybdenum giving it superior resistance to chlorides, strong acids and harsh corrosive chemicals, making it the choice for pharmaceutical APIs and aggressive process chemicals. SS316L is low-carbon SS316 for weld-intensive fabrication.
Yes. We manufacture GMP-compliant pharmaceutical tanks in SS316L with mirror-polished internals (Ra ≤ 0.5 µm), electropolished surfaces, sanitary tri-clamp fittings, and full documentation including material test reports, surface roughness certificates, and passivation records.
