We manufacture reactor vessels (jacketed, limpet coil, high-pressure, agitated), SS/MS storage tanks (SS304, SS316, MS), shell & tube heat exchangers, air-cooled condensers, pressure vessels, mixing vessels with agitators, agitated nutsche filters, rotary vacuum dryers, industrial chimneys, baghouses, ribbon blenders, and complete turnkey formaldehyde plants, ETP and STP plants.
We manufacture reactor vessels from 50 litres to 50,000 litres (50 KL) capacity. Materials include SS304, SS316, SS316L and mild steel (MS). The range covers jacketed reactors, limpet coil reactors, high-pressure reactors, GMP pharma-grade reactors, and custom agitated vessels.
Reta Engineering Works is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We fabricate to ASME standards for pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Pharmaceutical equipment can be manufactured to GMP/FDA standards. We hold approvals for welding procedures and all inspection equipment is regularly calibrated.
Standard delivery timelines: storage tanks and simple vessels — 4–6 weeks; reactor vessels — 6–10 weeks; shell & tube heat exchangers — 6–8 weeks; turnkey plants — 12–20 weeks depending on complexity and size. Expedited manufacturing is available for urgent requirements. All timelines are confirmed at the quotation stage.
Yes. We actively export reactor vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers and complete formaldehyde plants to UAE (Dubai), Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bangladesh, Nepal, Turkey, South Africa, and Indonesia. We provide complete export documentation, CPTPP/CE certification where required, and international logistics support.
